A weight lifted

Hi! My name is Angel and I am a fitness misfit. Please follow me as I explore many different options to lose those last 10 to...ahem...15 lbs. I have already lost 75 lbs after having my two perfect boys but I keep yo-yo ing back and forth with those last 10 lbs. The following will be the hits and misadventures of me taking care of this once and for all. I will be learning along with you on how to do this in a healthy, successful and ENTERTAINING way. I will keep you up to date on my activities and progress as well as passing along tips and suggestions from many different personal trainers who specialize in many different areas. I will also be passing along nutrition tips as well as yummy and healthy recipes that the whole family will enjoy. I will be showcasing other people who have already met their fitness goals and what their tips and suggestions are. I will keep you posted on fun, fitness-friendly activities that you can do in YOUR community. I am on a quest to change my mindset into one that will help me achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle for my whole family as well as myself.
